This Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the EPG Wealth Building Community, EPG-WORLD, and all associated platforms, content, events, and opportunities provided by EPG ("Company," "We," "Our," "Us").
By joining, accessing, or participating in the EPG platform, you ("Participant," "Member," "You," "Your") acknowledge and agree to all terms below.
EPG was created to provide education, community support, and strategic tools designed to help entrepreneurs and high-performance individuals navigate current economic conditions, build responsible financial habits, develop business skills, and position themselves for long-term success.
EPG does not guarantee financial results, income outcomes, or business performance. The purpose is education, empowerment, and support — not financial advising or financial management.

Any violation of confidentiality or NDA terms may result in:
All content provided by EPG — including videos, PDFs, music, frameworks, tools, creative assets, and training — is protected by copyright law and is the exclusive property of EPG. No rights are granted to you beyond personal, limited use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPG is not liable for: financial losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, credit decisions, business outcomes, trading losses, investment losses, or any damages resulting from participation. Your membership is voluntary, and you accept all personal risk.
EPG may terminate access immediately for: violation of this Agreement, sharing confidential content, misuse of materials, abusive or unethical behavior, circumvention or exploitation of EPG systems. No refunds are provided for violation-related terminations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be handled through binding arbitration, not litigation.
By accessing or participating in the EPG Wealth Building Community, you acknowledge that: you have read this Agreement in full, you understand its terms, you accept all risks, you agree to comply with all confidentiality requirements, you understand the purpose and limitations of the community, and your continued participation constitutes ongoing acceptance.
This Master Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, and User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in and access to the Earn • Protect • Grow ("EPG") Community, the VIP Membership, the Super Affiliate program, all coaching/consulting sessions, all training materials, and all content provided by EPG, High Ticket Offer Financing (HTOF), YellowBrick Financial, EPG-WORLD, and all related brands.
This Agreement applies to ALL Members, ALL VIP Members, ALL Super Affiliates, ALL coaching/consulting clients, ALL participants in any EPG program, and ALL individuals accessing any content or intellectual property. This Agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
All content, conversations, videos, documents, presentations, frameworks, coaching, guidance, and strategies provided by EPG are educational, informational, strategic, and support-based.
They are NOT: financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, insurance advice, financial planning, credit repair services, fiduciary services, or broker-dealer services.
EPG is not acting as a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, attorney, accountant, or tax consultant. You must seek licensed professionals before making any financial or legal decision.
EPG does NOT guarantee: income, profits, business success, funding approvals, credit approvals, trading gains, investment returns, partnership opportunities, acceptance into private opportunities, or business growth.
Any examples shared are illustrative only and not promises or predictions. Your success depends entirely on your decisions, research, due diligence, effort, discipline, execution, and market conditions. You take full responsibility for your outcomes.
All content provided inside the community is strictly confidential. You agree NOT to: share, screenshot, record, save, publish, leak, forward, distribute, stream, repost, reveal, or repurpose ANY content from EPG or EPG-WORLD. This NDA survives termination permanently.
Violations may result in: immediate removal (no refund), permanent ban, legal action, and damages up to $25,000 or more.
You agree NOT to: bypass EPG, approach partners directly, contact deal creators independently, solicit EPG partners privately, recreate competing systems, misuse introductions, or negotiate deals behind the Company's back. This clause survives for 24 months after termination.
All coaching, consulting, 1-on-1 sessions, group calls, strategic advising, business guidance, and Q&A sessions are educational, informational, and supportive. They are NOT financial, legal, or tax advice, investment recommendations, or promises of results. You accept full responsibility for implementing or ignoring advice.
You agree to behave professionally, respect other members, avoid harassment, avoid disruptive behavior, avoid spamming or solicitation, respect community boundaries, follow all community guidelines, and avoid negative or toxic behavior. EPG may terminate any member at its discretion for misconduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPG is not liable for financial loss or damages. EPG's total liability is limited to the amount you paid. You waive all claims for financial, business, or personal losses.
All disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming. You waive court rights, jury trial, and class-action claims.
By accessing or participating in the EPG Wealth Building Community, you confirm that you have read this entire Agreement, you understand and agree to all disclaimers, you accept full responsibility for your decisions, you accept all risks, you understand access does not equal results, you agree to confidentiality and non-circumvent rules, and you understand this Agreement is legally binding.

All content provided inside the EPG Community, VIP Membership, training areas, calls, recordings, documents, tools, frameworks, videos, audio files, and EPG-WORLD creative assets are for personal use only.
All materials — including videos, recordings, documents, training modules, frameworks, strategies, tools, code, systems, call recordings, graphics, logos, branding, community discussions, and EPG-WORLD audio, music, voice, visuals, or persona assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of EPG, HTOF, YellowBrick Financial, and EPG-WORLD.
Nothing you receive gives you ownership, rights, licensing, permission to share, or permission to recreate or distribute any part of this content.
You agree that you will NOT sell, resell, monetize, create courses from, create offers from, repurpose, white-label, or commercially exploit ANY material, insight, or information received inside the community or VIP area.
EPG-WORLD's identity, voice, music, style, and persona are proprietary. All early releases, unreleased songs, demos, visuals, and behind-the-scenes content are strictly confidential.
Violation of this clause is grounds for immediate removal and legal action.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, distribution, or commercial use of EPG content will result in:
Each membership is for one individual only. You agree NOT to share your login credentials, NOT to allow multiple people to use your account, and NOT to allow assistants, team members, partners, or family to access your membership.
If the Company detects multiple IP addresses, shared devices, or unauthorized access, your account may be suspended or terminated, additional fees may be charged, and legal remedies may be pursued.
All internal conversations, documents, training material, strategies, tools, and discussions about funding, trading, or business strategies are confidential and may not be shared outside the community. This confidentiality obligation survives termination permanently.
